3. Orders & Payments

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and may include VAT where applicable.
• Full payment or agreed instalments must be received before project delivery.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are generally not available once work has started. Cancellations must be agreed in writing. Exceptions may apply under UK consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the property of TagCustomWebDev until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We strive to deliver secure, functional solutions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and not misuse our services.

8. Privacy
